Billy Kapinowski brings over 20 years of construction experience, with a track record of delivering projects ranging from $1 million to over $15 million across Florida.
Starting in the field and working across multiple trades, Billy developed a deep understanding of construction at every level. He later served as Senior Vice President of Construction & Facility Management at Avante Group, where he oversaw large-scale operations, teams, and complex capital projects—including healthcare facilities requiring strict compliance and coordination.
His leadership ensures every Tide House Builders project is executed with precision, structure, and accountability.
If he manages to take a break from work, you can find Bill on the golf course or spending quality time with his wife and kids.
Jon Wood brings an entrepreneurial mindset and client-first approach to every project. After building and successfully exiting a high-performing insurance agency, he transitioned his focus to construction—where he combines business acumen with hands-on project involvement.
Jon has led full home renovations and ground-up custom builds, staying closely involved in planning, design coordination, systems, and subcontractor relationships. His approach is rooted in communication, efficiency, and ensuring that every project runs smoothly from concept to completion.
When he’s not working on a project, you can find Jon golfing with Bill or boating on the intracoastal with his family.
